Christmas with the Pro Cantare Choir On Sunday 24 November 2013 the Pro Cantare Choir will be performing a Christmas Programme at the Dutch Reformed Church in Philips Avenue, Florida Park. A Matinée with the Pro Cantare Choir On Sunday 15 September 2013 the Pro Cantare Choir performed a variety-programme at the Pro Musica Basement Theatre in Florida Park. Thanks to all who attended, we had great fun! Pro Cantare in Standerton On Saturday 04 May 2013 the Pro Cantare Choir will perform in Standerton for a fundraising concert. The concert will comprise of pieces from different genres, from folk to opera, conducted by Daniela Pretorius and accompanied by Rachel Meerts on piano. Aria! Opera for everyone On Friday 19 April 2013 the Pro Cantare Choir performed with well-known tenor Stéfan Louw and accompanist Eugene Joubert at the Joburg Pro Musica Theatre in Florida Park. What a wonderful experience, so many audience members experienced opera for the first time in their lives! What a privilege to have been part of this wonderful opportunity, we had a wonderful time! Thanks to Daniela Pretorius, Stéfan Louw, Eugene Joubert, Elizabeth Lombard, Marisa Louw, members of the Pro Cantare Choir, the trusted staff at Pro Musica and all the members of the audience, what a wonderful night at the opera!! Christmas Concert in Fairland On Sunday 09 December 2012 the Pro Cantare Choir presented a Christmas Concert at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Fairland. It was a very nice event where the audience found themselves singing along to well-known Christmas Carols while a wonderful rainstorm cooled everything down outside. All proceeds from this event will be donated to a local charity. Christmas in Kroonstad On Saturday 08 December 2012 the Pro Cantare Choir gave a Christmas Concert in Kroonstad. What a wonderful concert in an absolutely beautiful Church. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a memorable event. An Opera Gala Thank you to the Choir and soloists for a great concert on Friday 28 September 2012! We would like to thank all our supporters and we trust you enjoyed the concert as much as we did! Fundraising Concert in Kroonstad On Saturday 19 May 2012 the Pro Cantare Choir performed at a fundraising-concert at the Dutch Reformed Church in Kroonstad.
